Comments: Avoid at all costs !!!!!!--quoted prices over the phone--after paying door fee was quoted completely different room fees. Refused to pay them and argued that they were not the fees quoted over the phone-decided to leave--they refused to refund door fee--most expensive shower I'll ever have--only one girl there as well (who was no stunner !!!) having been told there were 3 available--was told if I had a problem go and see the Manager of Brown's who owns the 109. Couldn't be bothered--lesson lear

Comments: Also found receptionist very rude-i phoned to find out details --just got told to call back later and phone was put down--did phone back--she again was very abrupt and unwilling to give details of who was working that day--doesn't really create a great impression so I didn't bother

Comments: I called to get information on prices and of the ladies that were working on that particular day and the receptionist is was rude I changed my mind about going to this place.
